TMI-e2E academy has successfully completed 5 batches of training for Indian Immunologicals Limited. This was TMI e2E'S first training program and the first program under the Jointly Owned Job Oriented Education (JOJOE) Model. As per the model, training curriculum for a specific job/role was jointly developed by e2e and the Client. Ee2e Academy sourced candidates from across the country. The selected candidates underwent the customized training programme consisting of Soft Skills ,Employability SKills,Basic Science (Anatomy & Physiology), IIL Human Health products & Selling Skills.
