We deliver quality training to train our Trainers, in order to meet client expectations. Our Trainers need to undergo an assessment and get certified to become a TMI e2E Academy Trainer and work with various clients from varied industries (E.g. Pharma, BFSI, Telecom, Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Durables).
Trainers in TMI are validated based on the following criteria---

1. Should be able to speak in English and the Local Language fluently
2. Should be able to write in English
3. Should be a Graduate; preferably an MBA
4. Should have good presentation skills
5. Should be willing to travel at short notice
