e2E Academy is the latest initiative from the TMI Group, a two-decade-old Indian HR services’ provider headquartered at Hyderabad in India. "e2E" stands for Education to Employment. As the name itself suggests, the e2E Academy will bridge the gap between education and employment; in other words, it will make the students employable and employment ready. The e2E-trained personnel will be ready to enter the corporate world right from day one. In that direction, e2E will:
- Provide young Graduates custom-built training programmes that suite the corporate world
- Impart the pre-requisite skill sets to the new employee for diligently performing their respective jobs
- Ensure that the candidates understand the importance of learning on their first job while improving at the same time
- Enable staff retention
The training methodology adopted is “Experiential Learning” since the participants/students come from far-flung two and three tier cities of India.
